This is solely down to you, however the programme needs you to spend "focused" time of around two hours a week solely working on the things we share - this is in addition to the training. But please note that once you have access to the training you can dip back in and out at your own pace...
We would hope you wouldn't need anything else! However if you have a specific need, we will do everything we can to accommodate additional requests. We are fortunate that not only do you get access to the programme, but for specific instances within a lot of business operations, we have partners that we can connect you to (potentially at a further cost) that could assist you with situations that are not covered within the programme.
In reality no. We have had business owners before try and race their way through the programme quicker than we suggest (we don't know why) but all that happens here is that they don't do the sufficient level of thinking that means that they miss opportunities, don't apply the knowledge well enough and then feel deflated that their efforts haven't worked. We have been implementing these strategies with business owners since 2017, very successfully, so we know the right pace for learning, implementing, reviewing and optimising.
No. We don't as we want to share our expertise with as many business owners as possible, and for us to offer a dedicated Done-For-You service would be highly expensive. Our aim is to provide you with proven theory, techniques, insight and tools to deliver the growth you want, on your own terms.
